Right Management in conjunction with the Tomorrow Project and the CIPD will be holding the event at The Royal College of Physicians on 30th June from 10 am - 3 pm.
The day will be split into three sessions: Early years, Middle years and Later years.
Each session will have a facilitator and an opening 10 minute presentation bringing out key issues and questions. After each session delegates will work in groups to discuss some defined issues/questions followed by plenary sessions with group discussions.
